Makerspace

What is a Makerspace?

A Makerspace is a collaborative work area on the 1/F Red Door to help students and teachers explore, create and tinker!

Our hope is for students to develop more hands on experiences, help critical thinking skills and enhance self confidence. We strive for students to become young engineers and continue using what they have learned in the Makerspace in their classrooms and at home.

We have a variety of equipment and working areas which includes laser cutters, 3D printers, wood workshops, sewing machines, robotics, green screen room and many more!

We are also lucky enough to have a range of Year 5-6 students that are in the Primary Film and Bauhinia Trainer teams to help support RCHK community.
