iPads are a great tool that can enhance learning of the children in your class while allowing you to discreetly teach technology to the students. Below are links on how teachers might make effective use of their iPads in their classrooms.

ePORTFOLIOS

Many classrooms are starting to utilize ePortfolios as a way to more effectively showcase their students’ work. One easy way to do this is with Book Creator.  It includes text, pictures, video and audio. Be sure to open with iBooks.

CORE APPS

While many apps are useful, we recommend that using a core set of apps to become proficient in first. These apps are loaded on to every iPad at RCHK.
